Mannheim, Germany – May 2024 – Master Builders Solutions, a renowned global leader in innovative concrete admixtures and solutions for the construction industry, today announced the definitive agreement and simultaneous closing of the acquisition of Adril Traders S.L., one of its key suppliers of polypropylene fibers for concrete reinforcement in the Pan-European construction market. Adril Traders S.L. is located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Barcelona, Spain and was founded by the Caldú Llopart family.
PP fibers in concrete reinforcement improve the ductility and lifespan of construction materials whilst reducing carbon emissions, corrosion risk, construction time, and costs. These factors make Adril’s PP fiber-reinforced concrete a safer and more sustainable alternative to the traditional steel reinforcement.
