Mannheim, Germany – 10 March 2026 – Master Builders Solutions, a global leader in advanced chemical solutions for the construction industry, has finalised the acquisition of Arkaz from Alturki Holding. The official closing took place on 9 March 2026. Financial details of the investment were not disclosed.
Founded in 2008, Arkaz has been operating for more than a decade in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, emerging as a leading player in the construction chemicals industry. Today, Arkaz is offering a wide range of quality construction products and systems, specialising in concrete admixtures, waterproofing and building products. With its two production sites in Dammam and Jeddah it has a leading market position in the Kingdom.
