Our SpeakUp channel allows employees and business partners to report issues anonymously, operating 24/7 with confidentiality.

Global Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct summarises important laws and corporate policies that govern the behaviour of all Master Builders Solutions employees in their dealings with business partners, other employees, and society. It guides us to make the right choices and act ethically.
Supplier Code of Conduct
We select and evaluate suppliers based on economic criteria and adherence to environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) standards, including human rights, labor, anti-discrimination, and anti-corruption policies. We expect full compliance with applicable laws and internationally recognized ESG standards.
SpeakUp Approach
Our SpeakUp culture upholds our corporate reputation and strengthens trust with customers and partners. We ensure everyone complies with laws, internal rules, and our Code of Conduct. If you observe any misconduct, please report it through our SpeakUp Channel for Business Partners, available 24/7 in multiple languages and managed by an external provider. Reports can be made anonymously, and all information is handled confidentially. We thoroughly investigate all reports and do not tolerate retaliation.
UNGC Global Compact Participant
In 2024, Master Builders Solutions has officially become a participant of the UN Global Compact Network (UNGC). The United Nations Global Compact is the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, calling on companies to align their strategies and operations with the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact.
