Specialized grouts for on- and offshore wind installations

The MB Flux range of specialized onshore and offshore grouts are designed to meet the strict requirements of wind turbine manufacturers and/or designers. They are used to underfill the flanges of the onshore wind turbine structures and in grouted connections of offshore foundations.

The ultra-high strength grouts are easy and quick to install and allow very fast hardening across a wide temperature range and under all conditions, even harsh offshore environments.

Admixture solutions for concrete foundations

Onshore wind turbine generators are typically supported by reinforced concrete foundations which are cast in place. As the size of the foundations and placement durations have increased, so do the placement challenges associated with mass concrete pours. Our admixture solutions help to meet increasing demands for durable concrete foundations. They can be tailored to meet those demanding installation requirements and achieve the best concrete mix for the foundation design.
