How does MasterSet DELVO 122 work?
Chemical admixture MasterSet DELVO 122 stabilises all cement components' hydration by forming a protective barrier around cementitious particles, enabling the setting of the cement to be controlled over extended periods.
What is MasterSet DELVO 122 used for?
MasterSet DELVO 122’s effect in delaying cement setting is especially beneficial in reducing concrete production plants’ traditional waste costs by stabilising wash tailings within the mixer drum, so the Zero Waste Production concept can be introduced.
MasterSet DELVO 122 can also be used to treat returned part loads, which can be stabilised for later reuse. Mix workability can be stabilised for long periods: typical time ranges for extended workability control are 5-48 hours.

In addition to reducing waste costs through the Zero Waste Production concept, MasterSet DELVO 122 offers several advantages. This additive’s water-soluble packaging makes dosing simple with no environmental implications and the need for dispensing equipment is eliminated, bringing further cost savings compared to other truck wash systems.
Using MasterSet DELVO 122, there is no need for designated wash platform or work areas, saving space, and total plant water usage is reduced. There is also the facility to provide extended slump control and to treat returned loads.
