MasterRoc AGA 370
High-performance liquid accelerator as component B of two-components annular grout system for TBM tunneling
How does MasterRoc AGA 370 work?
MasterRoc AGA 370 is a high-performance liquid accelerator used during the injection of the two-components annular grouts behind the concrete lining of a Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM). MasterRoc AGA 370 is more commonly known as Component B of the annulus grout in TBM tunneling.
What is MasterRoc AGA 370 used for?
MasterRoc AGA 370 is designed for usage in two-component grouts where a rapid gel and early strength values are decisive. MasterRoc AGA 370 is fully compatible with retarders such as MasterRoc AGA 155 & MasterRoc AGA 255.
What are the benefits of MasterAir 760?
Operational
Easily pumpable
Fast setting and higher early strength achievement as compared with traditional accelerators
Rapid work progress
Easy workability and mixing in the grout
Technical
Low viscosity
Depending on dosage, MasterRoc AGA 370 ensures flexibility and control of gel time (setting time), and also on compressive strengths
