MasterGlenium ACE 475 is specially developed for precast applications where the time between concrete production and placement is short. The use of MasterGlenium ACE 475 optimizes the workability of concrete, allowing the strength development process to start as quickly as possible. When used with Master X-Seed, it reduces mold turnaround time and eliminates the need for thermal curing. Its unique molecular structure increases the surface area of cement particles that react with water, accelerating hydration. Controlled workability retention and consistent performance are key features of concrete produced with MasterGlenium ACE 475.

MasterGlenium ACE 475 is suitable for precast concrete elements with high early and final strength, low water-cement ratio, non-segregating and highly workable concrete. Production can be carried out without vibration, enabling economical, ecological, and ergonomic precast concrete manufacturing. It is designed to be used effectively with the Master X-Seed Crystal Speed Hardening concept.
