MasterFlux™ - Specialized grouts for the onshore and offshore wind industry
The MasterFlux range of specialized onshore and offshore grouts are designed to meet the strict requirements of wind turbine manufacturers and/or designers. They are used to underfill the flanges of the onshore wind turbine structures and in grouted connections of offshore foundations.
MasterFlux is formerly know as MB Flux.

MasterFlux™ 1100
High strength grout for onshore hybrid or concrete wind turbine towers.
MasterFlux 1100 has been designed especially for:
- Grouting steel to concrete tower elements.
- Grouting between the concrete segment and nacelle.
- Grouted connections between different concrete segments of the wind turbine structures.

MasterFlux™ 1300
Ultra-high strength grout for onshore wind turbine foundations.
MasterFlux 1300 is typically used for:
- Base plate grouting of wind turbine structures.
- Distributing the loads from the turbine structure into the concrete foundations.
- Applications where an excellent resistance against dynamic loads or fatigue is required.

MasterFlux™ 1500
Ultra-high strength grout for offshore wind turbine foundations.
MasterFlux 1500 has been designed for offshore grouting works:
- In structural, conical grouted connections of MP/TP foundations.
- In pile/sleeve connections of jacket structures
- Grouting of turbine flanges with concrete foundations.

MasterFlux™ 1600
High strength grout for offshore foundations.
MasterFlux 1600 is typically used:
- As skirt backfill in monopile foundations with bolted connections.
- In grouted connections with a characteristic strength of ≥ 80 MPa.
- To provide extra protection against corrosion of the bolts in the harsh sea environment.
